Refund policy
We want you to love your new hat, but we also know that sometimes it happens that things don't fit or look on you the way you imagined. Thus we are happy to offer refunds on all our hats.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return and return your order.
To return a hat, we only ask that the following requirements be met:
- Your hat must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, should not have any make-up stains on it.
- The hat should be with all tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need to provide a proof of purchase / order number.
- Return needs to be made within 14 days after order is received by the customer.
We cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@reveriehats.com. If your return is accepted (in most cases they are), we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we’ve received, inspected and approved your return, we will refund the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer.

Hat returns due to sizing issues
All Reverie hats have an adjustable inner band to customize the fit. Before returning a hat due to sizing issues, please make sure you adjust the inner band for correct fit - to see how to do that, check our hat sizing guide here. If it still doesn't feel right, we'll offer a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your hat upon reception and contact us immediately if the hat is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your hat brim is slightly bent, you can easily straighten it following a few simple steps. Check our hat care instructions here.
If you received the wrong hat, please provide a photo of the mix-up so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We will refund the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
